In this workshop – for emerging and developing poets – we'll explore various kinds of poetry, discuss the techniques and ethics of (auto)biographical writing, think about how the poem on the page is like a body, and we'll start writing new poems.

In this workshop, John Englezos will be going through his poetic process of taking an initial idea and crafting it all the way from writing into a performance piece. For both the beginner and the experienced; for those who want to develop and hone their own process for bringing their voice to the world.
